Sessions focus on rehydrating the colon lining. Rectify Health does not perform medical evaluations, does not provide medical advice, nor is it a substitute for the care of a licensed healthcare professional.

Our role is to offer a safe, supportive, and educational environment while empowering clients to understand and participate in their own digestive health and wellness.

Services provided by Rectify Health are not medical care and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed medical provider. Colon hydrotherapy is a complementary alternative service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients are encouraged to consult with their physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, conditions, or questions they may have before receiving services.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the information provided about colon hydrotherapy and understand the nature of the service. Individual responses and experiences may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Clients agree to provide complete, accurate, and current health information and understand that failure to disclose relevant health history may affect the safety or appropriateness of services.

Certain health conditions (contraindications) may require medical clearance or may make colon hydrotherapy inappropriate at a given time. Rectify Health reserves the right to postpone or decline services based on disclosed health information or observable concerns for client safety.

Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any relevant medical history, symptoms, or changes in health status.

Fragrance-Free & Chemical-Sensitive Environment

Rectify Health is maintained as a strictly fragrance-free, low-toxin environment.

This policy is not optional. The practitioner has a medical sensitivity and allergy to synthetic fragrances and chemicals, some of which may occur immediately and do not require close or prolonged contact. Airborne exposure, even at a distance, may be sufficient to trigger a histamine response.

Clients must arrive free of added fragrances, including but not limited to perfumes, colognes, body sprays, scented lotions, scented hair products, scented deodorants, and fragranced laundry products.

Please note:

• Organic essential oils may be used within the clinic at the practitioner’s discretion.

• Clients arriving with strong fragrances may be asked to reschedule their appointment. In such case, the late cancellation policy will apply, and a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.

Clients are expected to share accurate and complete health information, follow guidance provided before and during their session, and communicate openly about comfort or concerns so adjustments can be made as needed.

Respectful behavior toward the practitioner, the facility, and the therapeutic process is required at all times. Inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse Service

Rectify Health reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services at any time if a client’s conduct, health status, failure to follow instructions, or failure to disclose relevant information is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the clinic’s standards of care.

In such cases, the client may be asked to leave the clinic, future appointments may be declined, and any unused sessions or package balances may be forfeited without refund.

Individual responses to colon hydrotherapy vary. Rectify Health does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Client satisfaction does not constitute entitlement to refunds, additional services, or altered pricing.

A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. Card information is securely stored and will be charged in accordance with our Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show policies. By booking an appointment, you authorize Rectify Health to charge the card on file for any applicable fees.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for first-time clients.‍ All required intake and consent forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Forms not completed by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit as well as the cancellation of the appointment.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing prepaid service packages offered by Rectify Health to clients who wish to commit to a series of colon hydrotherapy sessions over time. Packages provide convenience and cost savings when sessions are purchased together in advance.

What Packages Include

• A prepaid package consists of a defined number of colon hydrotherapy sessions.

• Each session is provided by a trained colon hydrotherapist using FDA-registered equipment.

• Packages are intended for individual use only unless otherwise stated in writing.

Package Use & Expiration

• All prepaid packages must be used within the designated time frame associated with the selected package, beginning on the date of purchase.

• Unused sessions expire after this period and cannot be extended.

• Expiration dates are firm and apply regardless of scheduling frequency.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

• If no sessions have been used, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, minus a processing fee.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Transferability

• Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or gifted unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

• Packages are not gift cards and have no cash value.

Scheduling & Cancellation

• All sessions booked using a prepaid package are subject to Rectify Health’s standard Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show policies.

• Late cancellations will result in a $60 fee and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session from the package.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a prepaid package, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all package terms, clinic policies, and informed consent requirements.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

At Rectify Health, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and ours, the following policies apply:

New Client Experience (Video Conference)

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All required intake and consent forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Forms not completed by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit and may result in cancellation of the appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled without losing the consultation fee.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule.

Returning Clients

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

• Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the following:

Pay-Per-Session Clients:

• A fee equal to 50% of the standard service rate ($125) will be charged.

Package Clients:

• A $60 late cancellation fee will be charged.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee or forfeiture of one full session for package clients.

Initial Session – No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend your scheduled initial session without notice will result in the $100 session balance being charged.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All appointment changes must be completed through the official scheduling link provided in your confirmation email or reminder text. This ensures your request is time-stamped and processed accurately.

Requests made by email (other than confirmation email), voicemail, social media, or any method other than the official scheduling link are not accepted as valid notice.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

Completion of required intake forms within the specified time frame is necessary to proceed with services. If forms are not completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and this prevents the session from moving forward, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees will apply.

Day-of Communication

If an urgent situation arises on the day of your appointment, please reply to your reminder text or call and leave a voicemail as soon as possible.

Failure to Follow Appointment Requirements

Clients who arrive unable to receive services due to failure to follow pre-appointment instructions (including the fragrance-free policy) may be required to reschedule. In these cases, the applicable late cancellation fee will apply.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments. Full session fees still apply.

Arrivals beyond the allowable grace period may be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to applicable cancellation fees.
